Contact us
One small editorial team, no call centre, no booking desk. No form to fill in and no queue to join. Send an email and a person reads it.
Reasons people write to us:
- A from-price that has moved. The SEA LIFE Bangkok entry ticket starts at $33, (checked September 2026) but listings reprice with the date and the option, so if a card on this site shows a price that no longer matches the live listing, we would rather hear it from you than find it later.
- A listing that has vanished, gone unbookable, or quietly changed what it includes. Whether the ticket still covers the same zones, whether the flexible same-day terms still hold, and whether last entry is still 19:00 are the lines that matter most: an aquarium ticket that drops its flexibility or shortens its entry window has changed the thing people book it for, and that is a correction we will make the same day.
- A factual error anywhere on the site. Opening hours and the last-entry time, the B1 and B2 floor layout beneath Siam Paragon, the Pathum Wan address, or the cancellation terms quoted under the ticket details. All of it comes from the listing and primary sources rather than from secondhand roundups, and all of it can drift out of date.
- An operator whose product is not here. If you run a ticket, tour or experience around SEA LIFE Bangkok Ocean World with a real, currently bookable listing, published figures and a price that holds still when it is read twice, send the link and we will read it the way we read the others. Nobody pays to be included and nobody can pay for position, so the answer depends only on whether the listing checks out.
- Anything about visiting the aquarium in Bangkok that the guides leave unanswered.

What happens next
A considered reply rather than a rushed one. If you point out a mistake, say a price shown here that no longer matches the live booking page, or a last-entry time that has changed, it gets checked and fixed quickly, because someone planning a single visit to Siam Paragon has one shot at the evening and a wrong figure can waste it. Broader questions sit in a slower queue. Some of them end up answered inside a guide instead of by email, since a paragraph that stays on the page helps everyone who asks the same thing later. Your address is used only to answer you. There is no mailing list, no sales follow-up and no sharing of details with anyone.
Where we cannot help
We cannot take a booking, hold a place, move your date, cancel a ticket or issue a refund. None of those are ours to touch. The entry ticket on this site is sold and run by Siam Ocean World Bangkok, and the booking lives on that operator's listing rather than on any system of ours.
So if the question is about a booking you have already made, the confirmation email you were sent is the fastest route. It carries your booking reference and a contact route to the supplier, and this site cannot change, refund or look up someone else's booking. The ticket is open-dated for the day booked, and the aquarium is entirely indoors and air-conditioned, open daily 10:00 to 20:00 with last entry at 19:00. Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours in advance through the booking platform.
Two details worth checking on that confirmation before you write to anyone. The date first: the ticket is flexible and valid for the day you book, so check which day you actually selected before you plan your visit. Then the cancellation window: the listing allows free cancellation, and inside whatever cut-off it states the booking page's own terms take over, so the live listing is the authority on both.
Still deciding? The side-by-side comparison settles the ticket question faster than we can by email, and the guides cover opening hours, last entry and what the from-price does and does not include.
